Klimas Wkręt-met – STRONG FOR GENERATIONS

Klimas Wkręt-met is a family business, established in 1990 by Joanna and Wojciech Klimas. Initially operating locally, it quickly gained nationwide and then European coverage. Currently, the company is developing distribution in further foreign markets, and the company’s GO GLOBAL strategy is setting increasingly new and interesting directions.

We are characterised by constant development, including technological development. Europe’s most modern production lines are our calling card and indicate the importance of continuously improving our production facilities. Technological innovations allow us to introduce new products that respond to growing market needs.

We have facilities in the form of 4 integrated production plants with a total area of 80,000 m², located in Kuźnica Kiedrzyńska and Wanaty near Częstochowa.

With our own independent production, a perfectly organised planning process and supply chain, we guarantee the availability of products, as well as the timely fulfilment of orders. A well-connected and efficient logistics network allows for trouble-free deliveries to more than 65 countries worldwide.

GO GLOBAL

We are a global company. Our products reach more than 65 countries all over the world. Thanks to our perfectly connected distribution network, we guarantee on-time delivery even to the most distant destinations. We have our own export companies in India, France and the Czech Republic and a well-developed distribution network, thanks to which Klimas Wkręt-met products are available off-the-shelf.

Klimas Wkręt-met’s production is centred around metal and plastic products.

The production processes for both materials are specialised and multi-stage. The products we offer are produced from high-quality material. The steel processing, which is monitored in detail by the control department, is focused on producing a product with the highest parameters.

The process of technological changes is continuous and its directions are dictated by global trends in the construction industry, which we follow every day. As a producer, we guarantee not only the uninterrupted supply chain, but above all the product itself, which we subject to thorough testing in our research laboratory. Good production planning allows us to respond to the ever-growing needs of the market.

The four integrated production facilities with a total area of more than 80,000 m2, located in Kuźnica Kiedrzyńska and Wanaty near Częstochowa, are among the most modern fastening technology plants in Europe. Thanks to the technologies and applications used in them, they are prepared for the assumptions of Industry 4.0.The facilities are equipped with over 100 injection moulding machines, 200 presses and rollers, a tool shop with advanced machining centres, a high-storage warehouse and a modern quality control department, which meets the highest requirements of both domestic and foreign markets.
